Our Harvest is a social enterprise created by Recreate NZ.

 

The concept is simple. The MOXIE youth grow and pick the produce from our orchards in Waiau Pa and Kumeu, and then the team at Our Harvest create incredible food products in the kitchen!

The team at Our Harvest work for two days each week in the Recreate kitchen where they create a wide range of delicious products including sauces, chutneys, jams, relishes and jelly's. The youth are led by our amazing Head Chef and facilitator Jesse Petersen who absolutely loves these days with the team.

Our Harvest has given the team opportunities to grow in confidence as well as learning and developing new skills which will serve them so well in life. 

 

A regular feature of Our Harvest is selling the freshly made products at local markets around Auckland. To see where we will be selling our products at a local market, check out our Instagram account @our.harvest

Supporting the Our Harvest product range will be directly supporting youth with disabilities in New Zealand. Following Recreate NZ’s values as an organisation these products are spray free, locally grown are made by our youth with love!
