Wednesday 29th July - Wednesday 23rd September (9 weeks). Let's get resourceful with Garden to Plate! We utilise the crops at Recreate's back garden and our orchards to create delicious meals. Through this midweek, you will learn gardening skills, how to utilise ingredients on hand, and culinary skills in the kitchen! Some weeks lunches will be provided, some weeks you'll have treats to take home, and other weeks we will help Recreate by doing preparations for other programmes.

Help us turn the fruit and vegetables grown in the Moxie garden/orchard into delicious preserves for the Our Harvest social enterprise - Growing Goodness Together. We will develop kitchen production skills, following instructions in sequence, kitchen safety, quality & packaging skills and working collaboratively in a team as part of your journey towards greater community contribution.

Enjoy a calm weekend in Waiterimu, staying on a peaceful farm with time to slow down and unwind. We�ll do some baking, explore the local area, visit Hamilton Zoo, and enjoy relaxed group time surrounded by fresh air and countryside.
