Every Thursday from 23rd July - 10th September (8 weeks), 9am -3:30pm. This is our first Moxie work experience midweek in Wellington.  Get ready to create and engage with our community. The skills we learn in this course are transferable to employment and aim to prepare our young people for the workplace. So come along if you are interested in this exciting midweek opportunity!

Every Tuesday from 28th July - 15th  September 2026 (8 Weeks), 9am -3:30pm. Join us for this eight week cooking & healthy living course where we find ways to keep fit and healthy in our day to day lives! On The Move focuses on learning fun ways to keep active and move our body, plus trying new things we may not have done before. We'll also be learning cooking skills & making some yummy dishes along the way that we can make at home. Activities may include martial arts, yoga, dancing, bowling, golf & so much more. We will give it a go together and find ways to keep a sustainable active lifestyle.

From the afternoon of Friday 31st July 2026 - Sunday 2nd August 2026: Let's head out of the city to explore the Taranaki area and unwind with some awesome views of the winter mountain! We'll be staying near the beach with a spa pool!

Another classic Movies & Dinner programme but with the bonus of team quiz! We'll be heading out to the cinema to see a new film & going out for dinner!

We'll be spending the night making our very own candles! We will then be having a yummy dinner together.

The most exciting event of the year is back! If you've never seen WOW, it is a show with a spectacle like you've never seen before and we�re going to the preview night! Be amongst the first to see the 2026 season of WOW. (Please note, higher cost of programme is due to ticket prices)

From Thursday 17th September - Sunday 20th Sept 2026,  The National Ball returns! This term we'll be flying up to Auckland for a 4-day Getaway to enjoy a bunch of fun activities in the city & most importantly of all we'll be attending the National Ball: Theme is enchanted forest!! We will be joining up with groups from other regions for activities throughout the weekend so this is a really good chance to make some friends from all around the country. (Please note, flights will be a separate cost to the programme cost but can potentially be covered by funding if your provider allows this).

From Tuesday 29th September - Friday 2nd October: We are heading to Rotoiti Lodge in St Arnaud in the beautiful Nelson Lakes District for this 4-day camp in Term 4! We will take a ferry south and join our Recreate friends from Christchurch!! The team at camp have planned some awesome activities for us - depending on the weather, we will kayak on the lake, try their high/low ropes, abseiling courses, and check out the local nature!

You've got a friend in Recreate, lets get together and go see the new Toy Story 5 in this Toy Story themed day!! We'll play some games, go out for brunch & fly to the cinema (fall with style).

Consider yourself a keen escape artist? It is our time to tackle another escape room and see if we have what it takes. Following our daring escape we'll spend some time baking some goodies.

Get ready for an exciting time! We are going to make some bracelets and have fun playing a few rounds of Laser tag!

An action-packed day! We'll get together and hang out for the after while preparing ourselves to go to Hnry Stadium to watch a game of epic proportions as we watch the All Blacks take on Italy. (Please note, higher cost of programme is due to ticket prices)

Flying into the outer reaches of space we'll be visiting the fantastic Lego Star Wars exhibition at Takina followed by exploring the space observatory in Wellington.

We are bringing back the tie dye and making another colourful item! Then we will go to our favourite bowling place!

Get your creative brains ready! We'll start the day by playing a variety of games, then in the afternoon we're off to create some of our very own chocolate bars at the Wellington Chocolate Factory.

Let's head to the pools for a splash and some fun! We will then do some crafty relaxation, by painting colourful pots with plants!

We're having a games night! Come hang out with your friends as we play Board games, Video games & Group games - we're doing them all! We'll also have some yummy food together.

Lads, this is one just for you! We're spending the night out in Brewtown. We'll be spending the night doing lots of fun activities & getting dinner together. What a night it will be.

We'll test our golf swing at the Driving Range, followed by a round of mini golf too. Then we'll finish the day with a sweet treat.

This one is for the girls! It is time for a Pyjama Party! Grab ya fuzzy socks, and pillows. We will be having a night in! With some dinner, movie, crafts, and a bit of glitter! This will be a night to remember!

Let's bring a bit of Japan to Aotearoa. We will try sushi making, origami, and watch some anime! We'll have lots of fun embracing Japanese culture.

Matilda the Musical is coming to Wellington and Recreate is going to see it! This will be so much fun, including songs like "When I grow up" and "Naughty". This programme is for the musical lover!  (Please note, higher cost of programme is due to ticket prices)
