Please read the following to learn about our participant guidelines and registration process, which will hopefully help in your journey to being a part of Recreate NZ.

Next up is our registration form below, which is to be completed by all parents or caregivers of young people with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities between the ages of 10-35 years.

​

You will need approximately 20 minutes to complete this form. All this information is important for us to get to know your young person, and to ensure we facilitate high quality and safe programmes. 

 

Once completed, we will organise a phone call and/or a face to face meeting to talk about Recreate further.
