Friday 13th Feb - Friday 27th March. Get involved, give back, and make a difference! Over seven weeks, we'll spend half our lessons diving into the community and local events, showing Wellington the incredible talents of our young people. Along the way, we'll explore new parts of the city, connect with local organisations, and enjoy fun outings together. During the other half of our lessons you'll have a chance to plan some self-directed fun! As a group we will plan a term of awesome activities. We'll be focusing on forming friendships, having fun, and learning how to organise our social lives. Come and discover some new fun with us!

Wed 8th Feb - Wed 1st April 2026. Join us for this course where we find ways to keep fit and healthy in our day to day lives! On The Move focuses on learning fun ways to keep active and move our body, plus trying new things we may not have done before. Activities may include martial arts, yoga, dancing, or surfing. We will give it a go together and find ways to keep a sustainable active lifestyle.

Friday 27th February - Sunday 1st March. This summer we're going to head over the hill to relax and get away from the hustle of the city, we're going to a Bach right on the beach to spend a couple days soaking up the sun and having fun with some friends.

Saturday 14th March 3pm until Sunday 15th March 11am. Keen to give camping a go? We're spending the night camping at Battle Hill right here in the Wellington Region. Never been on an overnight programme before? This one night Urban might be a good start! We will be putting up tents, playing some camp games & creating magical memories together.

Thursday 26th March - Sunday 29th March. Lets head away to the Waikato region! We will attend Recreate's annual Illuminate Market, visit the Hamilton Gardens, the Waitomo Caves, and more! You won't want to miss this exciting Getaway.

Let's have some awesome fun at the park! We will play some enjoyable games, have a whole heap of fun, and dinner together at the park. Happy to meet at location for this one, the more the merrier!

Lets go pick out something from the op shop, and find a way to make it new again! We will be customizing a piece of clothing to make it groovy, and then spending the afternoon Berry Picking.

Bouncing on Trampolines and then cooling off with a water fight?! Or will it be a soaking water fight and drying off with trampoline jumping! Either way it's the perfect combo!

Tis the season for a sunny beach day! Today is all about relaxing and having fun at the beach, we will have a variety of activities for whatever interests you. Don't worry If you're not keen for swimming there will be options both on land and in the water.

Today we're getting up and personal with some very cute farm animals as well as enjoying a summer treat of real fruit ice crem! You won't wanna miss it.

We're going to take a journey through the beautiful artwork of Michelangelo, followed by some fun competition at the golf driving range.

We are going to Porirua for the day! We will be exploring all that Porirua has to offer, and enjoying a lovely lunch out together.

Got super building skills? Let's put that to the test building some Lego sets, followed by a round of games at the arcade & a movie to round out the day.

We will be embracing our inner Bob Ross with a Bob Ross inspired painting party! Whether you are creative or not- let's build ourselves a happy little cloud, and make no mistakes, just happy accidents on our paintings together.

Happy Valentines!! Come celebrate the holiday with your Recreate friends, have some brunch, play some games & spread the love around.

Time to inflate the outdoor cinema screen and enjoy some time out in the park. We'll get some fish & chips and enjoy a fun movie all outdoor in the park.

We are heading over the hills to Mount Bruce for the day. We will be visiting Pukaha Wildlife Centre, and having a hot chocolate at the Kaka Cafe. It will be a lovely day out enjoying the environment.

Today it is time to head over the hill to enjoy the annual Martinborough Fair to see all the cool stuff the rotary fair has on offer. We'll also grab lunch out while we're at it before heading back over the hill.

Let's go see another musical at the theatre!! This time we're off to see the Rocky Horror Picture Show. We'll also be hanging out for the day playing some games and other fun activities. (Also don't worry the show is 12+ so is appropriate for all!!)

It's Easter! Lets celebrate the festivities together in a night full of easter hunts, good food & fun!
